Market Conditions Can Change Instantly

Financial markets are dynamic.

A market condition identified by Trade OS may change immediately after an update because of price movement, volatility, order flow, news, liquidity changes, economic data or other events.

A setup that appears favorable at one moment may become invalid shortly afterward.

Users must independently evaluate current market conditions before making any trading decision.

Data May Be Delayed or Incorrect

Trade OS may depend on third-party market platforms, data feeds, webhooks, servers, internet connections, economic calendars, APIs or other technical infrastructure.

Information may occasionally be:

• delayed;
• stale;
• incomplete;
• duplicated;
• inaccurate;
• interrupted; or
• unavailable.

A displayed “LIVE” status should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every underlying input is instantaneous or exchange-direct.

Economic News and Market Risk

Trade OS may display scheduled economic events, release times, countdowns or market-risk classifications.

These tools are intended to provide general awareness of scheduled events.

Economic schedules may change, releases may be delayed or rescheduled, additional events may occur without notice and unexpected news may affect markets at any time.

A Trade OS “CLEAR” market-risk state does not mean that trading conditions are safe or that volatility cannot occur.

Alerts May Fail

If Trade OS provides alerts, notifications, emails or other signals, delivery is not guaranteed.

Alerts may be affected by:

• internet outages;
• mobile-device settings;
• email filtering;
• notification permissions;
• third-party outages;
• webhook interruptions;
• server failures;
• software errors; or
• data delays.

You should never rely on an alert service as your only method of monitoring an open position or managing trading risk.

Hypothetical, Simulated and Backtested Results

Trade OS may from time to time display or discuss hypothetical, simulated, historical, backtested or reconstructed trading examples.

Such results have inherent limitations.

Simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not fully reflect real-world conditions such as:

• execution delays;

• accepting all resulting gains or losses.

Brokerage and Prop-Firm Rules

Brokers, exchanges, proprietary trading firms and trading platforms may impose their own rules regarding margin, trailing drawdowns, daily loss limits, position sizing, trading hours, news trading, account inactivity, prohibited strategies, order execution and withdrawals.

Trade OS does not determine or guarantee compliance with those rules.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to your own trading account.

Technical Indicators Are Not Certain

Indicators such as moving averages, trend classifications, momentum measurements, volatility measures, support or resistance, market structure and other technical tools are mathematical or analytical interpretations of market data.

They do not predict future market behavior with certainty.

Different traders, systems or platforms may calculate or interpret similar indicators differently.

Risk Capital

Futures trading should generally be undertaken only with capital you can afford to lose without impairing your ability to meet ordinary living expenses, emergency needs or other important financial obligations.

Do not trade with money required for rent, mortgage payments, food, medical expenses, education, emergency savings or other essential needs.

Independent Professional Advice
