Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, viewing or using Trade OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use Trade OS.

What Trade OS Is

Trade OS is a software-based market-analysis and decision-support tool designed to organize and display market conditions, technical structure, momentum, trend information, setup quality, economic-event awareness and related analytical information.

Certain parts of Trade OS may be made publicly available at no cost, while other functionality may be offered later through alerts, expanded market access, subscriptions, testing programs or other services.

Not Investment, Financial or Trading Advice

Trade OS provides general informational and educational market-analysis tools.

Nothing displayed through Trade OS should be interpreted as individualized investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice.

Trade OS does not know your personal financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, trading experience, brokerage arrangements or ability to absorb losses.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided by Trade OS and deciding whether, when and how to trade.

Futures Trading Risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for every person.

Futures contracts may involve leverage, which can amplify gains and losses. Depending on the product, broker, account and market conditions, losses may exceed the amount initially committed to a position.

You should review the separate Trade OS Risk Disclaimer before using Trade OS in connection with any trading activity.

No Guarantee of Results

Clean Clicks LLC does not guarantee that Trade OS will identify profitable trades, prevent losses, improve trading performance or produce any particular financial result.

Market conditions can change rapidly, and historical relationships, technical indicators, market structure or prior outcomes may not repeat in the future.

Any examples, screenshots, demonstrations, hypothetical scenarios, prior market states, testing results or user experiences should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of future performance.

Market Data and Timing

Trade OS may rely on market data, webhook transmissions, external platforms, hosting infrastructure, public economic-event information, third-party data or other technical systems.

Such information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, stale or temporarily unavailable.

Displayed timestamps, trend states, EMA relationships, setup scores, market-risk states, alerts or other outputs may not reflect current market conditions at the exact moment you view them.

You should independently verify market conditions through appropriate market and brokerage sources before making a trading decision.

Alerts

Trade OS may offer alerts or notifications intended to draw attention to certain market conditions.

Alerts are not guaranteed to be delivered, delivered on time or delivered without error.

Network issues, third-party platform outages, notification permissions, device settings, webhook failures, data delays or other technical conditions may cause alerts to be delayed, duplicated, omitted or inaccurate.

Users remain responsible for monitoring and managing their own trading activity.

User Responsibility

By using Trade OS, you acknowledge that:

• you make your own trading decisions;
• you are responsible for your own brokerage account, orders, positions and risk;
• you are responsible for verifying market conditions before entering or exiting a position;
• you are responsible for determining whether futures trading is appropriate for you;
• you are responsible for understanding your broker’s margin, liquidation and trading rules; and
• you accept the possibility of losing some or all of the capital used for trading.

Permitted Use

Trade OS is provided for lawful personal or authorized business use consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use Trade OS for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of Trade OS;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, systems, endpoints, feeds or data;
• bypass access restrictions, security controls or rate limits;
• intentionally overload or attack Trade OS infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest or extract Trade OS content at scale without authorization;
• impersonate Clean Clicks LLC, Perodin Trade OS or another user; or
• falsely represent Trade OS outputs as your own proprietary system or product.

Intellectual Property

Trade OS, including its name, branding, interface, visual design, dashboard structure, software logic, source code, proprietary indicators, written content, graphics, databases, workflows and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Clean Clicks LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you ownership of or unrestricted rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, publish or create derivative commercial products from Trade OS.

No Reverse Engineering or Circumvention

You may not attempt to obtain, reconstruct, decode, reverse engineer or circumvent non-public Trade OS software, proprietary logic, private scripts, access controls or protected system components except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Trade OS may interact with or reference third-party products, charting platforms, brokers, market-data providers, hosting providers, economic-data sources or other external services.

Clean Clicks LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, pricing, policies, functionality or performance.

References to third-party services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement or partnership.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any portion of Trade OS at any time.

Features, supported markets, indicators, calculations, scoring systems, interfaces, access levels and availability may change as Trade OS is tested, calibrated and developed.

We do not guarantee that Trade OS or any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

Beta, Testing and Experimental Features

Certain Trade OS functionality may be described as beta, testing, experimental, calibration, preview or early access.

Such functionality may contain errors, incomplete features, inaccurate outputs or unexpected behavior and may change without notice.

You should not rely on experimental functionality as your sole basis for making trading decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Clean Clicks LLC makes no warranty that Trade OS will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, timely or suitable for any particular trading purpose.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Clicks LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Trade OS.

This includes, without limitation, trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, delayed alerts or reliance on market information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Clicks LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of Trade OS, violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to non-public Trade OS functionality where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, created a security risk or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Trade OS develops or applicable requirements change.

The effective date at the top of this page may be updated when changes are made.

Continued use of Trade OS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and any additional terms that apply to a particular Trade OS feature, constitute the agreement governing use of the service.
